As adults we don’t make enough room for fun and real relaxation. This 2 hour session of mindful creativity and tranquility is designed to ground you and allow you to bring out your creative side.
It will begin with a rejuvenating Hatha yoga session, harmonising body and breath to cultivate inner stillness. We will then dive deeper into mindfulness through guided meditation, quieting the mind and inviting a sense of calm.As adults we don’t make enough room for fun and real relaxation. Then, immerse yourself in the therapeutic art of mindful water painting and drawing, allowing your creativity to flow freely as you find peace and balance in every brushstroke. Investment: £30

These workshops are designed to harness the power of your breath for everyday stress reduction. In this immersive experience, you’ll discover the profound connection between breath, body, and mind, learning invaluable tools to alleviate stress, anxiety, and tension.
Through guided breathwork exercises, you’ll explore gentle yet potent techniques designed to induce relaxation, release emotional blockages, and cultivate inner peace. I will guide you through each breath, allowing you to learn techniques that have been proven to:
- Calm your nervous system
- Slow your heart rate and respiratory rate
- Reduce stress, anxiety, pain and panic

Yoga for ADHD and focus

These sessions will be led by me, Zian, a yoga teacher and coach with ADHD. The evenings will include a blend of yoga, breath work, coaching and creative exercises designed to reset the nervous system and build self acceptance.
During each of the sessions we will work together to embed tools to manage your ADHD on a daily basis, bring greater focus to important parts of your life and find creative ways to build self esteem. You will take home a workbook which provides you with all of the techniques you learn throughout the programme.
As a late diagnosed ADHD women I aim to create an inclusive and safe space to help you release tension and build a positive view of ADHD and your place in the world. This programme is open to anyone with or without an official diagnosis. Investment: £30 per class
