We are passionate about spreading Yoga and making it as accessible as possible. As part of our mission we have created school programmes designed to bring greater balance and peace to schools, students and their teaching staff.
Our holistic approach to education focuses on integrating yoga, mindfulness and breath work techniques to facilitate students, teachers, and support staff in achieving their full potential. In this comprehensive guide we present our range of specialised programmes designed to address the unique needs of students, including those with special education needs and disabilities (SEND).

Although many schools now teach yoga for primary aged children, the benefits for older children and teenagers have been proven to be beneficial for the child and their school performance. Yoga calms the central nervous system which is usually disregulated for children suffering from anxiety, neurodiversity or high levels of screen time. The yoga programmes we create aim to provide accessible tools for children and teachers in order to nurture calm children and classrooms.
With proven techniques endorsed by Harvard Health and the UN, we aim to foster a positive learning environment conducive to academic excellence and personal growth.
